Challenge Yourself

Chai Challenges You

Discover what you’re really made of

Having cancer is a challenge, one of the toughest. The idea behind Chai Challenges You is to show solidarity with those going through the impact of cancer by taking on a challenge that pushes you out of your comfort zone to step beyond the securities one takes for granted. The challenge is an opportunity to discover new mental and physical strengths, camaraderie and ways to support one another, to identify more closely with those experiencing cancer – and to raise money for Chai.

Since 2013, Chai Challenges You participants have raised more than £520,000.

Bespoke and individual challenges

Our bespoke physical challenges are hugely popular and make for a unique experience. So far, participants have scaled Kilimanjaro, traversed the highest peaks in England in 24 hours, and trekked across Iceland’s formidable landscape.

Chai Challenges You helps you get up and running and make the most of your fundraising opportunities with your family, friends, professional and social networks.
