On Sunday 8th September, the NESS Lubavitch Girls’ Shool held a spectacular Art Exhibition event in aid of Chai. In the lead up to the event, pupils from the school created beautiful works of art which were displayed in Lubavitch of Edgware.
Rabbi Levi Sudak welcomed guests, speaking about the school, Chai Cancer Care and the significance of the month of Elul. He finished by blowing the shofar.
The exhibition proved to be extremely popular, with many parents and friends attending to view the adorned walls and purchase the creative art. All proceeds raised went to Chai.
Throughout the afternoon there was also a range of fun art activities, including balloon making and guests also had the opportunity to hear from Chai’s Children’s Art Therapist, Darit Puchkov, who spoke about the importance of Art Therapy.
