More than 350 people attended the ‘Kids Artisan Market’ organised by the ‘Forever Chai Committee’ at Bury and Whitefield Jewish Primary School yesterday.
The Market showcased talented young entrepreneurs with 20 stalls selling everything from handmade jewellery and personalised art to sweet cones and hair braiding.
The fun-filled afternoon kicked off ‘A Week for Chai’ in the North West and raised more than £2,000!
Following the event, one of the stall holders mother’s, Liz Ross said: “It was absolutely fantastic and so wonderful to see so many people there with smiles on their faces enjoying themselves. There was such a buzz and it was amazing to be a part of it and to be raising money for such an incredible charity!”
