Something for everyone at Manchester’s Artisan Kids Market

Back by popular demand, the second annual ‘Kids Artisan Market’ took place on Sunday 6th March and was attended by more than 250 people at St Mary’s Park in Prestwich, North Manchester.

The Market showcased a range of skills from talented young entrepreneurs with 24 stalls selling everything from handmade jewellery to wax candles and baked goods to clay models and even a miniature petting zoo!

The room had a real buzz and the fun-filled afternoon raised over £1,600 towards Chai’s vital services in the Northwest.

Following the event, one attendee said: “thank you for such a fantastic event! It’s not only for an amazing cause but teaches our kids so much about earning money and giving to charity.”

Jilly, Chai’s Northwest Fundraiser said: “thank you to everyone who took a stall and to everyone for coming along to support Chai. It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all.”
